Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Convey AI Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and JULY Marketing Inc. ("JULY", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Convey AI Pro is a BC real estate transaction management and compliance assistance platform. It provides document management, AI-assisted compliance review, conveyancing tools, and related services for licensed real estate brokerages and professionals in British Columbia, Canada.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and brokerages operating under the Real Estate Services Act (BC). By signing up, you represent that you hold a valid, active BCFSA licence (or are an authorized assistant operating under a licensed representative), and that your brokerage is duly registered with BCFSA.

4. Compliance Responsibility

The Platform assists with compliance workflows but does not constitute legal advice. All compliance obligations under the Real Estate Services Act, FINTRAC regulations, and other applicable laws remain the sole responsibility of the licensed brokerage and Managing Broker. JULY Marketing Inc. is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

5. Data and Privacy

All data is stored on Canadian servers (Supabase, ca-central-1 region) in compliance with BCFSA data residency requirements and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and transaction information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Record Retention

The Platform maintains records for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with BCFSA requirements and 5 years for FINTRAC records. You agree not to interfere with retention obligations. Records remain accessible to your brokerage for the required retention period even if your subscription ends.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Helcim. A 7-day free trial is provided for new brokerages. After the trial period, the applicable plan fee will be charged to your payment method on file. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials comprising the Platform are the property of JULY Marketing Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JULY Marketing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to regulatory fines, errors in compliance review, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe violates applicable laws. Upon termination, your data will be retained for the legally required period and then deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
